Join river recreationalists, outdoor companies, environmental organizations, government entities, and local community leaders for a spectacular day of organized chaos where 300+ river-lovers jump in their rafts, kayaks, and drift boats to scour the banks and bottom of 20+ miles of riverway.

El Grito Fiestas Patrias celebrates the independence of Mexico and other Latin American countries from Spain. In addition to folkloric and Aztec dancers, live mariachi, salsa, cumbia, and pop music, there will also be traditional food and beverages, community booths with interactive and educational materials, and the Mexican tradition known as El Grito de Independencia.

FLOCK & FIBER FESTIVAL

Celebrate the full spectrum of natural fibers and fiber arts, from the animal or raw fiber to the finished product, and every craft from weaving to felting to basket making. The event includes workshops, fiber craft demonstrations, livestock shows, seminars, kids’ activities, and an expansive marketplace for a wide array of fiber goods and accessories.
