The Architectural Heritage Center (AHC) is one of our favorite local hang-outs for all things relating to old homes.  It is a non-profit resource center in downtown SE Portland that focuses on historic preservation in the Portland area.  Owned and operated by Bosco-Milligan Foundation, the AHC offers a range of educational programs to help people appreciate, restore and maintain vintage properties.  Coming up this month they are offering a great class on Kit Houses.   Want to find out if your home came from Sears or Montgomery Ward?  Stop by for a great session of:
