A somewhat nomadic childhood could be the reason why Denise feels driven to help people find their homes and their community, and she loves nothing more than providing clients with a sense of stability through real estate.

Denise attributes her Boston scrappiness and her many years in the service industry as the reasons why she’s been so effective in advocating for her clients in the competitive Portland real estate market since 2011. She has a particular penchant for working with East Coast folk, because she relates to their no nonsense attitudes and fast-paced energy.

Quick-witted, goal-oriented, and highly professional, Denise is a fierce negotiator, and refuses to settle for anything but the best for her clients in every single transaction. She also has the ability to keep it light and fun, especially when things get stressful. A rare “full service” realtor, Denise remains connected to her past clients and continues to provide them with resources and help whenever it’s needed.

She has a softer side as well, and as a proud mother of two adorable kids, she has a current knowledge of local schools and family resources, and is intentional with her deep involvement in her community.

On a typical Portland day, you can find Denise exploring the lush, tree-lined streets of her Irvington neighborhood with her sweet pup, Daphne. She regularly trades books at one of the many Little Free Libraries in her area, as the idea of hyper-local community sharing really appeals to her. She also enjoys a farmers market, as cooking with fresh produce is a longtime passion. 

Her superpower: A natural connector and friend finder, Denise has a vast network of amazing folk she’d love to hook you up with. Building community is her joy.

Superpower she wishes she had: Teleportation. Who doesn’t want to skip the queues and traffic jams and squeeze more into their day?

Her favorite moment in real estate: Handing over keys to a buyer that still can’t believe they were able to buy a home. Also, helping families buy and sell, simultaneously - that’s always a juggling challenge that invigorates Denise!

Favorite Portland neighborhood, and why? Sabin-Irvington, Denise is on her second fixer in this inner Northeast area. The homes are ripe with character, the trees are mature and there are so many beautiful wide streets to bike and walk around. Most of her days off are spent doing errands on foot, it's dreamy.
