He/ Him

Adrian was first introduced to real estate as a career field when he began exploring the realm of 'Financial Independence'. He was 19, in school, running one business while managing another. He wanted to know how to use the energy and money he was receiving to reach financial freedom and live his ideal life. Once real estate came on his radar as a way to continue living his dream, he met with two family friends seeking advice. One a principal broker, the other a commercial investor. This meeting was monumental in getting him to where he is today. They gave him tools and advice on how to set actionable goals to achieve his dreams. Ever since that meeting, he's been following their advice and letting his path be rolled out in front of him. Which leads him to where he is today, Urban Nest.

He is someone who creates an environment around himself that brings beauty & functionality into his life and real estate.

He does so by learning about the makeup of homes both structural and aesthetically.

With this knowledge, he offers a holistic approach to being a real estate agent in that he has great knowledge of what a house is literally and all of its internals. This communicates to those he is surrounded by that he is competent, pays attention to detail, appreciates the little things that make up the whole, and is in touch with functionality and beauty in balance.

His perfect Portland day: His ideal adventure day in Portland would include:
- Relaxed early morning with some yoga.
- Bike ride with his girlfriend in one of Portland's magnificent parks. Our favorite spot at the moment is Forest Park.
- Post-ride lunch at Takibi in NW or Ben & Esther's in NE (too many great food spots) .
- Back home for a nap!
- Early home-cooked dinner with friends (he has a monthly themed dinner).
- End the day with a sunset stroll through the Laurelhurst neighborhoods.

His Superpower: He creates a life that allows him to do the things he truly desires. He goes on trips to gain knowledge involving what he does while simultaneously getting to enjoy life with loved ones by riding bikes, being outdoors, and learning from nature.

Superpower he wishes he had: Turning into water. It would be the coolest - pun intended - to be able to become water. Imagine trickling down a mossy stream, racing down a raging river, or sitting still in a calm pool. He just thinks that sounds lovely.

Favorite moment in real estate: Out the gate, Adrian was able to help his mom buy a house! He’s so thankful to have had his first transaction with someone close and understanding. Adrian was new and her patience was incredibly confidence-inspiring.

Favorite Portland neighborhood, and why? The Willamette Heights Neighborhood. It stays lush and green year-round giving off the vibrance that comes to mind when he envisions Portland. The beautiful architecture and the ornate landscaping are hard to beat. There is at least one tree on every block with a fern growing, attached to the canopy branches and upper trunks of the trees, can't beat that.
