Her superpower: Connector! She loves being the person who can bring new friends together, find the perfect restaurant, bar, or city to share with friends, fall in love with, or bring in the right person to solve a problem.
Superpower she wishes she had: Trish wishes for the power of Teleportation so she could visit friends and family in Washington (or bring them here!) in a snap. She and her husband run a design-focused travel business, so it would be dreamy to teleport their groups around the globe for less time on the plane and more time at museums and studio tours.
Favorite moment/s in real estate: Learning from how people live and seeing a house through another personβs eyes.
Favorite Portland neighborhood, and why? There are so many great neighborhoods in Portland, but Trish has a soft spot for Grant Park. The park itself is a hub for her son and his friends, and her family loves playing in the outdoor pool in the summer. The neighborhood really shows off in the spring when the trees are lush and gardens are blooming. When it's time to leave this little village, it's super easy to access almost every other part of town.
Trish has spent the past two decades in client service as a recruiter and Account Manager in design and creative studios. Building and maintaining relationships and creating win-win situations is the most rewarding part of her work. She has loved helping designers navigate their career trajectory and partnering with clients to realize their vision. Trish is excited to leverage her skills as a matchmaker, adviser, and translator of market conditions to help buyers and sellers alike.
Her ideal adventure for an urban Portland day: Trish's perfect Portland day starts with a slow wake-up and lazy breakfast at home with her husband and son, and a day of wandering. She visits Stumptown Otaku for PokΓ©mon cards and Japanese snacks for her anime-loving kiddo. Then Vein of Gold and Deep Lake, well-curated clothing consignment shops, to browse the racks. Then, it's off to her husband's favorite spots, Chess Club and Hi Books, to pick up a new magazine or an out-of-print book. When it's time for a bite, they meet friends at one of the food cart pods around town to choose their own adventure.
