Her ideal adventure for an urban Portland day: Susan's perfect day starts with a strong cup of coffee when the sun is just coming up (or maybe before) and her two dogs in her lap. Once the rest of the city gets going, some time on the water with her wife, Lindsay - SUP, OC or dragonboat - privides the perfect vantage point of Portland's skyline and natural wonders. Have you ever watched an eagle catch a fish from a paddleboard? Magical! Wrapping up the day with a great meal, a solid IPA and good friends makes it complete.

Favorite moment in real estate: Key day! Though there are so many fun, funny, touching and exciting moments in a transaction, handing clients the keys to their new home never fails to be special.
Favorite Portland neighborhood, and why? Sellwood caught Susan's eye when she moved to Portland in 2006 and later became home to the nano brewery she started with a friend. Whether putting in the paddleboards, chatting with friends at the Portland Bottle Shop, walking the shops on 13th Ave, playing golf at Eastmoreland or grabbing a bite at Muddy Rudder, Sellwood never disappoints.
