Megan has an extensive background and passion for real estate and interior design. Doing interior design for Airbnb, she had an inside look at residential homes and investment properties all across the country. She wanted to bring this experience back down to a local level and help clients in Portland find and design their dream homes. Using her design-mind, Megan loves to help her real estate clients reimagine spaces and search for potential. She considers herself an advocate for first-time homebuyers, clients looking to mix things up, and those wanting to tackle some projects.

Her perfect Portland day: Megan's ideal day would be bopping around vintage/antique stores with my dogs in tow and then stopping for a glass of vino at Bar Norman.

Her Superpower: Megan’s super power is definitely gift giving. She’s got a particular knack for understanding someone’s personal taste and preferences, then surprising the ones she loves with a great gift..

Superpower she wishes she had: She definitely would love to time travel. Specifically to travel back in time and tell people to stop using toxic materials in homes like asbestos and lead based paint. Who’s idea was that anyway?

Favorite moment in real estate: When clients find "the one". The excitement when it pops up on the internet, rushing to open the door, and then gliding through the home with big ole smiles. That's a pretty great feeling.

Favorite neighborhood, and why? Megan is a Cully fan. She refers to Cully as the “Wild Wild West” where anything goes and the potential is endless. With bigger sized lots, you can find urban farms, tiny home villages, or a 50’ high tightrope. Cully is a neighborhood brewing with potential and creative neighbors. You’re sure to have an interesting dog walk through this neighborhood.
