Liz was born and raised in Portland and has always loved all things home, from interior design to the unique architecture found throughout the city. She was drawn to real estate marketing because she loves a good story. Buying a home isn’t just a business transaction; it’s a huge life moment and often a core memory. She loves getting to tell the story of a home in a way that gives potential buyers something to envision and helps them imagine the next chapter of their lives unfolding there.
Her ideal adventure for an urban Portland day: Liz’s ideal urban adventure starts with a morning spent with her wife, Maya, and daughter, Elliott. They’d take their four-year-old pit-mastiff, Goose, for a walk along the Powerline Trail, with a vanilla latte from Lionheart Coffee in hand, of course. From there, they’d head to the Beaverton Farmers Market, fill their wagon to the brim with goodies, and spend some time walking around Downtown Beaverton. Lunch would be a Farmer and the Beast smash burger at Breakside Brewery, followed by a new plant from Al’s Garden & Home and a glass of wine at Hawks View Winery in Sherwood.
Her superpower: Emotional intuition and profound empathy.
Superpower she wishes she had: If Liz could have any superpower, it would be a few extra sets of hands so she could multitask, get more done in the day, and somehow keep all the plates spinning at once.
Favorite Portland neighborhood, and why? Ooooh, that’s a tough one! Having grown up in Portland and lived there almost her whole life, Liz has a soft spot for the Alphabet District and NW 23rd. She loves the unique homes, bustling streets, great food, and overall vibe. It was one of her favorite places as a kid and still holds true today. She also loves a good people-watching moment, and NW 23rd never fails to deliver.
