Originally from the east coast, Leah moved around a lot but finally planted roots in Portland in 2005 which is the same year she got her real estate license. Leah graduated from the University of Washington and moved to Portland to be closer to her parents. Real estate found her and she is so glad it did. "Grateful" is the word she uses to describe how she feels, to be able to do what she does. It's a big life decision and being able to guide people through that is great. Helping people build wealth and helping them accomplish their goals is what brings Leah joy!

Her ideal adventure for an urban Portland day: Leah lives in St. Johns and will live nowhere else in Portland as St Johns is dreamy; a small town in a big city. Perfect day is walking to Pier park and letting her Dachshunds run around in the 85 acre park. Then she'll walk to downtown St Johns, have lunch and a glass of wine before walking home and chilling out in the back yard with her partner and puppies and eating delicious food.

Her superpower: Tenacity, making things happen, despite any odds. She finds ways when there doesn't seem to be a way forward.

Superpower she wishes she had: Traveling at light speed so she can have more time at her travel destination!

Favorite moment/s in real estate: The moment that she hears that her offer has been accepted. Hands down the most exciting part of the process; it's the beginning of the dream of what will be.

Favorite Portland neighborhood, and why? St Johns. It feels like a small town but you are just 15 minutes to downtown PDX. They have the cutest downtown area, Pier Park, Cathedral Park and a jazz festival every year. Forest park is right across the bridge and holds miles and miles of trails. She loves 45th Parallel, Slims, Two Rivers Books. . . she could go on and on.
