Her ideal Portland adventure: Always begins with great coffee and a run- even better if it’s a rainy run on the slopes of Mt. Tabor or trails of Forest Park. Kate loves getting outside, whether it’s a day hike in the Gorge or paddle boarding on the river followed by an evening out at one of the City’s best restaurants. 

Her superpower: She is the supreme Active Listener! It’s those details in being a listener that she picks up on and leads to anticipating a client’s unique needs and solutions.

Superpower she wishes she had: Kate wishes she had the superpower to reverse climate change.

Favorite moments in real estate: While touring a Victorian home in South  Portland she and her clients discovered someone had hand painted Michelangeol’s Creation of Adam from the Sistine Chapel on the bathroom ceiling! As someone with a degree in Art History it was quite a surprise delight!

Favorite Portland neighborhood, and why? It would be impossible to choose just one! Let’s just say she’s an East sider who has a long standing love affair with the Mid Century homes on the West side of town.
