Jessica was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. She attended Oregon State University (Go Beavers!) majoring in Merchandising Management and Housing Design. She worked at Nike World Headquarters in Beaverton for 15 years focusing her work in consumer products, data analytics and revenue streams across multiple categories and functions throughout her time there. Working with her cross-functional teams, leading and driving a vision from start to finish is her specialty. She values real estate and representing clients, that her expertise in the corporate setting provided…achieving goals together! A keen interest in design, creating lasting relationships, and helping people find their perfect home to build memories is what Jessica loves about real estate.
Her ideal adventure for an urban Portland day: Coffee, first. With 3 young daughters, Jessica and her husband, Matt, are early risers! Jessica loves exploring Portland’s extensive offering of boutique coffee and baked goods. Jessica and Matt, enjoy the views and taste of Willamette Valley at some of their favorite wineries….White Rose & Domaine Serene (Her heart always leads her to a tasty red!). A bite at Red Hills Market in Dundee or a few tacos at Dos Mundos in Newberg on the way back to reality is a nice treat. To round off the day, a meal at Riccardo’s in Lake Oswego and a backyard hang out with friends and family is always welcomed!
Her superpower: The Negotiator – it’s in Jessica’s blood to always get a good deal!
Superpower she wishes she had: Time Travel. How awesome to visit different decades of the past and experience fashion, entertainment, sports, people?! Fascinating….
Favorite moment/s in real estate:Closing Day! The best feeling calling her clients to give the news that the transaction has recorded and closed. Both parties get to jump in to their next chapter of their lives - the best feeling knowing she is so lucky to be a part of such an important milestone!
Favorite Portland neighborhood, and why? The Montclair neighborhood in Raleigh Hills. This neighborhood boasts old Palm Springs (Jessica's favorite city!) charm with large level lots, mid century modern design, a balance of old and new architecture, beautiful and manicured landscaping, outdoor recreation, and laidback peaceful living.
