REAL ESTATE BROKER
Realtor Jennifer Beach is no stranger to helping people, both on the ground and in the air. As a former flight attendant with 18 years in the sky, she has seen her share of stressful situations and has brought that experience to her work helping buyers and sellers through the ups and downs of navigating successful real estate transactions. Jennifer is an old house aficionado who, through real estate, has found a way to combine her people skills with her passion for the architectural history of Portland homes in a career that allows her to forge lasting and deep relationships with the people she helps to buy and sell.
Her ideal Portland adventure: Believe it or not, Jennifer’s perfect day would start with a home tour in Irvington to satisfy Jennifer’s long fascination with the neighborhood’s history and architecture. The afternoon would be spent working in her garden, followed by a run along the Willamette River. A walk to the Peninsula Park Rose Garden with her yellow Labrador before sunset would round out her day, before spending the evening with their friends at her favorite local spot, Radar.
Her superpower: Jennifer’s vibrant sense of humor. It makes a regular day fun, a good day great, and the challenging times more manageable.
Superpower she wishes she had: Time travel! She’d love to take a step back in time to experience life in the earlier part of the 20th century. She dreams of getting to know the culture, fashion, politics, and homes of years past more intimately.
Favorite moment/s in real estate: Jennifer loves the closing day. Sitting next to her clients at the signing and handing them the keys to their new home allows her to share their excitement and joy, in addition to her own satisfaction with a job well done.
Favorite Portland neighborhood, and why? Jennifer’s favorite neighborhood is her own Overlook. With easy access to public transportation, walking distance to her auto shop, pet store, favorite restaurant, and coveted spa, it’s such a convenient location. Overlook is well diversified with families, single professionals, and lots of pets! Walking or running by beautiful old homes on tree lined streets makes her feel fortunate to call this small corner of Portland her home.
