She/ Her

Your vision matters, and Jasmine is here to support it. She loves meeting new people and she loves being an advisor to her clients. You can trust her to advocate, facilitate, and negotiate for you. Jasmine brings a reliable blend of experience and instinct and pair it with market data because her job is to be knowledgeable about the market as you navigate the process of buying or selling a home. Give her a ring, and we can talk about the life you're building. She would love to help you get there.

Twenty years ago, she moved from Olympia, Washington, to Portland, and she bought her first house. She had no idea how the process worked, and her real estate agent really inspired her with her grace and patience. Prior to her career as a real estate agent, Jasmine had a successful career running her own businesses and helping other entrepreneurs run theirs. With these experiences in her pocket, real estate was a natural next step for her, and she started working in the industry in 2016. Since then, she has worked in all parts of Portland and love recommending restaurants, cafes, and local businesses around town. Her business is mainly referral-based because the city is a map of meaningful connections and relationships with people she cares about.

Her ideal adventure for an urban Portland day: Jasmine loves music and small businesses, they make her world go round.

Her superpower: Good ol' reading the room.

Superpower she wishes she had: Superhuman strength would make moving and middle age a lot easier.

Favorite moment/s in real estate: She is a fierce advocate for her clients and she gets a special twinkle in her eye when she can negotiate a great win-win situation. She also loves giving buyers their keys!

Favorite Portland neighborhood, and why? There is something to love about every Portland neighborhood. She has helped clients in just about every neighborhood in Portland, and she celebrates each one. She has lived in St. Johns for 11 years, so of course, it has a special place in her heart.
