She/ Her

What drew Heather to real estate was the joy of helping people navigate meaningful life changes—whether they’re relocating from another state, going through a divorce, or simply ready for a fresh start. She loves being part of that journey, guiding clients through different neighborhoods and helping them envision lifestyles that feel exciting and aligned with who they are becoming. With a background in design and parents who created a warm, inspiring home, Heather understands how powerful our surroundings can be. Now, she helps others find that same sense of possibility

Her ideal adventure for an urban Portland day:

An ideal autumn day in Portland for Heather starts with snuggling her sweetie and their dog, Finn, followed by a cozy cup of coffee. From there, it’s off to their favorite mountain spot to forage for chanterelles, then back home to cook a mushroom-leek tart topped with dill-lemon yogurt over arugula—Heather’s version of forest-to-table. In the summer, her perfect day is spent discovering one of the many magical natural swimming holes around Portland. Whether it’s the woods or the water, she loves how Portland offers everyday adventures in nature, just outside the city.

Her superpower: Heather’s superpower is creating space where people feel safe, seen, and free to be themselves—no judgment, just genuine connection. She loves holding space for honest conversations and helping others feel comfortable enough to share what really matters.

Superpower she wishes she had: If Heather could choose a superpower, she’d be a time traveler—able to snap her fingers or click her heels and be instantly transported to another place or moment in time.

Favorite moment/s in real estate: Heather’s favorite moments in real estate are seeing the spark of excitement in her clients’ eyes when something clicks—when a house feels like the one. It means everything to her to hear that she’s made a real impact in someone’s life. She loves being an advocate, helping people feel supported and seen during such a big transition. For Heather, it’s a gift to both appreciate and be appreciated in this work.

Favorite Portland neighborhood, and why? Heather lives in the Brentwood-Darlington/SE Woodstock area, a neighborhood she chose because it feels tucked away while still offering easy access to so much—Sellwood, Division, Hawthorne, and downtown are all just a quick drive or bike ride away. She loves walking through Eastmoreland and the peaceful Reed College campus (and will admit to occasionally pretending she’s Harry Potter wandering the grounds). The Heist food carts are a go-to, and the Woodstock Library and Farmers Market make the neighborhood feel truly rooted. Keeper Coffee’s pastries and barista artistry always surprise her in the best way.
