Chelsea McAlister

After Chelsea bought her first home in Montavilla in 2012, she realized what a powerful thing home ownership can be. She started working as a licensed assistant and transaction coordinator and quickly moved into representing buyers and sellers. She treats every client like she would a friend or family member and many of them turn into lifelong friends.

Her perfect Portland day: Chelsea’s day would include walking Mt. Tabor with her pitbull, Hank, having lunch with friends at The Deck (it’s a floating restaurant!), checking out some live music or comedy in the evening.

Her Superpower: Listening.

Superpower she wishes she had: Chelsea would love to be able to move objects with her mind. Just imagine how much easier moving would be!

Favorite moment in real estate: Chelsea loves handing over keys to good friends, old and new, who trusted her to guide them through the home buying process.

Favorite Portland neighborhood, and why? There’s something magical about Overlook for Chelsea. She loves walking along the river at sunset and looking at the ships.
