She/ Her

Beth’s real estate journey began at 26, when she made a life-changing decision to purchase her first home. Little did she know, that moment would become the catalyst for a lifelong passion that has fueled her career. With a background in social work, real estate naturally aligns with her interest in helping others. It gives Beth the opportunity to combine her love of homes with her desire to assist individuals and families find their next home or close a chapter on their lives with ease. It's a fulfilling endeavor where she can utilize her skills to make a meaningful difference in people's lives.

Her ideal adventure for an urban Portland day: Drinking coffee in her bathrobe until 9:30 am with her green-eyed cat Kiwi riding shotgun on the couch while reading the latest New Yorker. Ushering Beth’s sweet daughters out the door to hit the Japanese Gardens or Crystal Springs Rhododendron Garden, descending on their favorite thrift stores after lunch, and a wonderful backyard hang with friends, delicious snacks, proper cocktails, and an impromptu dance party with ELO playing at just the right volume.

Her superpower: Below is an excerpt from a client's review:
“Whereas other agents might recognize the high anxiety that buying a house injects into home buyers and choose to detach, ignore or even use it to their advantage, what separates Beth is how she goes in eyes wide open, and plunges right into that morass of stress. Being a total professional is just her foundation; being a full partner with her clients in the journey and a consistently loyal guide is what elevates her. I have speculated with my partner why Beth approaches the work the way she does. Is it because she is inherently empathetic? Is it because she understands that the old way of providing just the bare minimum doesn’t work anymore? Well, I think it’s both of these things, and after actually successfully purchasing a house, I think the thing that really informs her method, is the happiness she experiences vicariously through her clients.”

Superpower she wishes she had: Time travel hands down! The opportunity to see homes of all eras decorated for the holidays, neighborhoods being built, and fashions of the day would be an absolute treat.

Favorite moment/s in real estate: Beth thinks all realtors could agree that handing over the keys to a happy client never gets old. It's true! Real estate isn't just about buying and selling; it's about the human connection. Beyond the legalities and negotiations, there's a shared journey, a story unfolding. These are her favorite moments! Beth takes immense pride in being a part of that journey – in witnessing the joy of a first-time homebuyer and handing over the keys, it's incredible!

Favorite Portland neighborhood, and why? Ladd's Addition! Historical homes that are somehow close-in yet still peaceful and serene? Check. Public rose gardens all over the place? Check. Super walkable with basically every resident having a cute dog? All the checks! She loves Ladd's Addition with its unique and charming diagonal streets, dedicated rose gardens, and circular center park. It's fun to get lost in.
