As a third-generation realtor and Portland native Audie blends a lifelong connection to real estate with a rich, hands-on background in small business, hospitality, and the art of curation and connection. Before entering real estate she owned a vintage store, crafted small-batch wines, and worked hospitality in some of Portland's favorite restaurants. The result? A sharp eye for detail, a deep sense of timing, top-tier people skills, and hustle. Whether you're hunting for your dream home or letting go of a chapter, she will be your guide, your advocate, and your go-to for honest advice (and probably a great restaurant recommendation, even if you didn't ask.)
Her ideal adventure for an urban Portland day: Obviously it's summer. On the walk to a coffee shop I get to admire everyone's gardens, there are Ohhs and Ahhs and stopping to take a picture and smell all of the roses. I get to sit outside, drink an iced mocha, and do the crossword with a friend. We finish it together and feel victorious. A croissant from JinJu Patisserie is acquired. The best evenings are ones spent at a backyard dinner party. Chatting with old friends, meeting new ones. Sharing wine, sharing food, sharing life, caring for each other, offering help, offering dessert.
Her Superpower: A real social matchmaker, I love to give a recommendation for the people and places of Portland.
Superpower she wishes she had: Teleportation if we're going SUPERNATURAL , the singing voice of an angel if we're going SUPER.
Favorite moment/s in real estate: The intimacy built in being allowed to learn what is important to make somewhere a true home for each client.
Favorite Portland neighborhood, and why? Concordia/Alberta Arts District. There is a respect for the history of this neighborhood that has stayed intact throughout the growth and changes it has seen. It is full of great restaurants, bars, galleries, shops that serve and support the community that lives there. Beautiful homes and gardens, and a system of alleyways where you can see creative ADUs and meet a few neighborhood cats on the prowl.
