After more than 20 years in real estate, Susan Zazzetti’s regard for her clients remains the same – she doesn’t consider herself to be a salesperson, but rather a guiding advisor to assist the client in buying and selling property. Her vast knowledge of the ever-changing landscape of this industry, conscientious approach, and dedication to her clients’ needs are considerable, and her ultimate goal is helping clients reach theirs. Susan is best known for her personable and ethical approach to real estate, and greatly values connecting with people and sharing in their success. Many of her past clients she now counts among her friends and family.
Ideal adventure for an urban Portland day: Susan appreciates the sense of community offered by this city, and a perfect Saturday could include wandering through its unique neighborhoods enjoying the cool architecture, tending to her vegetable garden (weather permitting!), and cooking with whatever she’s picked up from a local Farmers Market. In the evening you might find her supporting one of her musician friends at a gig at the Doug Fir – she loves the Portland indie band scene – or indulging in either some cocktails and Japanese food at Boxer Sushi, or maybe a little Indian spice at Bombay Cricket Club. And other times, she’s just content to snuggle up with her sweet rescue Chihuahua, Carmela.
Her superpower: Susan is a great listener, strong & collaborative, and feels that her Libra leanings make her an excellent moderator. She loves finding the right formula to make it happen for her clients!
Superpower she wishes she had: Perfecting the art of working smarter vs. harder (and feeling guilt-free about taking a little time off!)
Her favorite moment/s in real estate: When her clients tell her how much they love their new home, or how she has made it super easy for them to achieve their goals.
