An event for Recreational Anachronists and the Legitimately Time-Displaced; every year, the Steampunk Film Festival brings Portland the very best in neo-victorian retrofuturist cinema. The festival will include both short and feature-length narrative film, documentary, animation, and music video. Meet with filmmakers in attendance or check out regional steampunk vendors. 

March 11th-12th, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Oregon Convention Center
Bricks Cascade is a convention and exposition for Adult Fans of Lego (AFoL) and very talented young LEGO builders from around the world. You don’t have to be serious LEGO builder yourself to check out the expo, where the artistic and ingenious marvels created by AFoL will be on display. Vendors will also be available with T-shirts, LEGO minifigs, custom made plastic elements and vintage LEGO sets. 

March 19th, 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM | Central Library Collins Gallery
Join the Multnomah County Library for a special preview of Portland Opera’s 2017 Season. The preview includes musical highlights from Puccini’s La Bohème, Leigh’s Man of La Mancha, Mozart’s Così Fan Tutte, and Lang’s The Difficulty of Crossing a Field and The Little Match Girl Passion. The event is hosted by Chorus Master and Assistant Conductor Nicholas Fox with performances by Portland Opera’s Resident Artists.

Join the fun at PDX Tequila y Tacos Festival to ring in the coming of spring with a wide range of delicate mezcals and rich tequilas, complimented by traditional and creative tacos prepared by some of our region’s best local food purveyors. A surprise special musical guest will open the festival before a DJ comes on to match the grooves to your favorite agave spirits.
