Film festivals, winter Farmers Markets, and a little fireside romance equals February in Portland, and while it's still frosty out, the sun is doing its best to peek through the clouds. Portland International Film Festival

Drawing an audience of 38,000, PIFF is the biggest film event in Oregon, premiering more than 140 international shorts and feature films to Portland audiences.
