PORTLAND FESTIVAL SYMPHONY IN GRANT PARK

With 32 years of free performances and packed parks, Portland Festival Symphony brings neighborhoods together with their elegant strokes and vibrating crescendos. Completely funded by donations and government grants, the Portland community has banded behind the Portland Festival Symphony and its ambitious maestro, Lajos Balogh.
